The Hawaiʻi Health Workforce Summit is a free one-day conference open to all healthcare professionals working in Hawaiʻi. Annually we expect 600-plus participants, including Physicians, Physician Assistants, APRNs, Community Health Workers, Medical Directors, Office Managers, Allied Health Professionals, Physician Recruiters, students, teachers and more.

We cover a wide range of topics including career satisfaction, mental health, telehealth, substance use, public health, geriatrics, inter-professional practice, opioids, and rural healthcare.

Get connected to those in the industry, meet the next generation of healthcare professionals during our student and resident poster competitions, and stay for our door prizes and 4pm networking reception. All of this is made possible by our Hawaii physicians and sponsors.

Will you be traveling from the neighboring Hawaiian islands? (Hawaiʻi Island, Maui, Molokai, Lanai, Kauai). If you need travel assistance, you must complete and submit the registration form by 8/21/26. You will then be contacted by our staff at wfsummit@hawaii.edu

The 2026 Hawai‘i Health Workforce Summit invites organizations to join us as sponsors and exhibitors for the state’s premier gathering of healthcare professionals. Each year, more than 600 physicians, APRNs, PAs, community health workers, medical directors, office managers, allied health professionals, recruiters, students, and educators come together for a full day of learning, networking, and collaboration. By becoming a sponsor or exhibitor, your organization will gain exceptional visibility through exhibitor booths, verbal and written acknowledgments, video features during plenary breaks, and advertising in our online conference booklet. Exhibitors enjoy engagement with attendees, participation in door prizes, and meals for two representatives. Your support helps make this free statewide conference possible and connects you directly with Hawai‘i’s healthcare workforce and the next generation of providers. Join us in strengthening healthcare in Hawai‘i and showcase your commitment to our islands’ wellbeing.

Door Prize Donations

The 2026 Hawai‘i Health Workforce Summit is once again bringing together more than 600 healthcare professionals from across the islands for a free, one‑day statewide conference dedicated to strengthening Hawai‘i’s health workforce. One of the most beloved parts of the Summit is our door prizes. To continue offering this event at no cost to participants, we rely on the generosity of community partners who donate door prizes that show appreciation for Hawai‘i’s healthcare professionals. Donors receive recognition and goodwill, including acknowledgment during the conference and visibility in our event materials.

Donations may be mailed, dropped off at the John A. Burns School of Medicine, or picked up by an AHEC staff member. If you are willing to make a donation, please contact us at wfsummit@hawaii.edu

Your support directly uplifts Hawai‘i’s healthcare workforce and helps us recruit, train, and inspire the next generation of providers. Mahalo for considering a donation to this important statewide event.
